All employees are evaluated on their skills and job experience. We conduct face-to-face interviews with each one of our applicants to review their work history, employment goals and overall skills.
Each one of our applicants is ran through the National Sex Offender registry. We also offer national background checks for a low fee.
Employee Connections is a drug free work environment and we want to be sure our employees comply with this important policy. We offer pre employment and random drug testing for our clients.
