We sincerely appreciate that you are considering Employee Connections to help you with your hiring needs. In order to establish an account with us we do need your business to complete our client application.
Our client application ensures that Employee Connections and our clients have a mutual understanding on our policies and procedures.
We would like to highlight some of our policies to ensure our clients are aware of our staffing procedures.
- A bill rate will be quoted to you at the time you place your job order with Employee Connections. Our bill rates are competitive and cover workers compenstation insurance, unemployment insurance, all state and federal insurances and payroll taxes. Our bill rates do not cover sales tax which will be included on your invoice.
- A four hour minimum is required on all jobs. However, if within the first four hours you are not satisfied with an employee and you notify Employee Connections we will not bill you for those hours.
- Prior written consent must be obtained in order for employees to drive a motor vehicle, operate machinary and handle cash or other securities or valuables.
- Clients agree that our employees will not be exposed to any unnecessary hazards or extra hazard and not to violate OSHA safety laws, rules or regulations whether federal, state or local.
- The clients auto insurance policy is the primary insurance in the event of an accident while our employee is driving the client’s vehicle.
- In case of a work related injury Employee Connections should be contacted immediately. We will coordinate medical care for our employees.
- Our employee may be hired by the client after being on Employee Connections payroll for 45 working days. A direct hire fee of $900 wil be prorated if the client hires the employee before the designated time period.
